Beamtech H13 LED Headlight Bulbs

Overall Brightest

Beamtech’s H13 LED is more powerful than stock, improving visibility, adding clarity, and brightness. Moreover, his bulb is durable enough to both outperform and outlast the next best thing.

Beamtech’s LEDs deliver a brilliant 8000 lumens of brightness. That means you get a beam of light that is over three times as bright as stock bulbs and is indispensable for nighttime driving. It is also outfitted with a longer throw and wider road coverage, making for a noticeable difference in intensity and visibility.

These LEDs offer a 6500k cool white beam that is ideal for picking out various obstacles and hurdles in your path, while also providing a lot of style.

Unlike other LEDs that are this white, Beamtech does not compromise on the focus or uniformity of this bulb. It does not flicker or flash unnecessarily, nor do you have to put up with any unsightly dark spots in your field of view.

Cooling is often overlooked with high performing LEDs but Beamtech H13 bulbs feature a modern design that employs aviation grade aluminum to aid in heat diffusion. Furthermore, a proprietary fanless design means these LEDs are perfectly silent and lack the noisy fans that some other kits depend on.

All said and done, these are some of the most powerful and brightest H13 LEDs on the market, with plenty of useful features to boot.

Pros
  • 50,000 hour lifespan
  • Focused beam
  • Wider road coverage
  • Eliminates dark spots
  • Adds style to your car
  • Longer throw
  • Flicker free
  • 8,000 lumens
  • 6500k
  • 3x brighter than stock
  • Pure white color
Cons
  • Poor compatibility on older vehicles

Syneticusa H13 LED Headlight Bulbs

Budget Brightest

Syneticusa provides a budget friendly option for bright H13 LEDs. These bulbs produce an intensely bright beam with a cool white color profile. Despite being one of the brightest H13 bulb options, they consume significantly less power than stock.

We were quite impressed by this bulb’s brightness, which we measured at around 10,000 lumens. Even among LEDs, this kit provides crisp and focused output that is a tremendous help in nighttime driving.

Any quality aftermarket bulb would be incomplete without a wider field of view and farther throw, so this kit offers both. Driving at night, we were treated to better visibility ahead and also to the sides with these bulbs installed.

Where this bulb falls behind the likes of Beamtech is in whiteness. 6000k is a massive improvement over stock bulbs, but we feel the pure white of the Beamtechs was just that much cooler and more stylish. That said, Syneticusa’s bulbs did well in testing, illuminating the road with a uniform beam that is both focused and free of dark spots.

However, these bulbs make up for their slightly lower Kelvin count with build quality that is not often seen at this price point. Aluminum housing, a high speed cooling fan, and OEM mounting points are features previously thought to be reserved for premium bulbs, but Syneticusa offer them in this budget kit.

Pros
  • Longer throw
  • Brighter than stock
  • Wider angle of projection
  • Excellent heat dissipation
  • Flicker free
  • More road coverage
  • Long lasting
  • Water and dust proof
  • No dark spots
  • Adds clarity
  • Crisp and focused beam
  • 10000 lumen brightness
  • 6000K color temperature
  • 50,000 hour lifespan
  • Weatherproof
  • Less power hungry
Cons
  • May cause distortion without decoders

Cougar Motor Ultimate H13 LED Bulbs

Premium Choice

They may be the most expensive option on this list, but Cougar Motor’s Ultimate H13 LED bulbs are worth every penny. Here, we have one of the brightest H13 LED headlight bulbs on the market, producing a pure white beam and a best in class lifespan. In a nutshell, it ticks all the boxes.

With 20,000 lumens of brightness, longer throw, wider road coverage, uniform beam pattern and focused light are to be expected. In our tests, these bulbs provided the most drastic improvement in nighttime visibility over stock bulbs. The driver was able to see farther and wider with clearer sightlines and less haziness.

6500k produces an ultra white beam that illuminates every nook and cranny on the road. Bumps, potholes, road signs, other vehicles, all are seen more easily and quickly. Besides that, the Cougars add a tonne of style to your vehicle.

If you thought these LEDs would run hot because of their high performance, you can put those concerns to rest. Cooling is efficient and effective, and we can report that at no time during our extensive testing did we encounter any heating issues.

To sum up, the Cougar Motors are THE kit to have. When it comes to brightness, these bulbs outshine all the rest, making them the brightest LEDs currently available. In the words of Ferris Bueller, ‘If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up.’
